Adam drew inspiration from the natural world and the way organic forms flow and intertwine. The criss-cross pattern of the bronze frame was inspired by the way tree branches and roots grow and interlace with each other.
“I wanted to capture this sense of movement and fluidity in the design, while still keeping the piece clean and modern. The natural limestone top was chosen to add an element of earthy texture to the piece, with its subtle variations in colour and showing the intricate patterns found in rock formations and geological formations.
