Savoy Hallway Table

The Savoy Hallway Table is a piece built around the power of the monolith, the idea that a single, uncompromising form, worked with sufficient care and skill, can achieve more presence and authority than any amount of decorative complexity. The base is a tapering cylinder of bronze resin, its entire surface covered in a flowing, hand applied linear texture that winds around the circumference in continuous, undulating grooves, a technique that references everything from the hand thrown surface of a ceramic vessel to the erosion patterns of ancient stone, and that catches the warm bronze tones of the finish with a depth and iridescence that is endlessly alive in changing light. The sheer mass and physicality of the base gives the piece a gravitas that is genuinely architectural, this is a table that commands a room simply by being in it. The circular bronze smoked glass top completes the design with perfect logic, its warm, translucent tone echoing the bronzework beneath while allowing the eye to travel through to the extraordinary base below. Equally at home as a hallway centrepiece, a breakfast table or a statement feature in a generous living space,
