Project Timeline

How long does a project last?

Project timelines vary depending on complexity and materials.

Simple designs using our trusted fabrication typically take around 10 weeks. Black Smoke patina require careful curing and polishing, with lead times of approximately 12 to 14 weeks. Commissioned sculptural works are more involved and usually require a minimum of three to four months.

If you are working to a shorter deadline, we will always explore options with our team to see whether timelines can be accelerated.

We are happy to advise on the most suitable materials for tables and sculptures, particularly for outdoor settings. Our expertise lies in steel, bronze and stone, and we focus exclusively on these materials for our projects and commissions. For requirements beyond our scope, we can recommend exceptional makers who share our standards of craftsmanship.

Bespoke Furniture & Sculpture

Bespoke Furniture & Sculpture

Every piece is made to order in our Somerset studio, using traditional metalworking techniques. Alongside our own collections, we have particular expertise in complex bespoke commissions in metalwork, spanning sculpture and furniture.

Images shown range from a private commission chair to Centaurus, a bronze sculpture photographed outside The Pig near Bath. We work primarily in metal, and we combine it with wood and stone where a commission calls for it, working alongside skilled artisans outside metalwork to bring it all together. Our work is defined by strong form, detailed craftsmanship and a refined surface finish.

We do not mass produce. Each commission is made with care, precision and long-term durability in mind.

If you have an idea or just a sketch, get in touch. We’d love to start the conversation about bringing your unique idea to life.
