Criss Cross Coffee Table

The Criss Cross Coffee Table completes the family with the same structural logic that defines both its console and side table siblings, the bold, tapering X-frame rendered here at the generous proportions of a living room centrepiece, where the drama of the crossing legs becomes something altogether more commanding and room defining. Two pairs of hand forged legs cross at the midpoint of each end with a precision and exactness that is deeply satisfying to the eye, each leg continuing its diagonal journey to the floor with a sharpness of taper that keeps the piece feeling dynamic and light despite its substantial footprint. At coffee table height the X-frames are seen from above as much as from the side, and from this vantage point the crossing geometry creates a bold, graphic shadow pattern on the floor that shifts beautifully throughout the day as the light moves through the room. The flamed bronze finish, with its warm, complex tones moving between deep brown and richer amber, gives the angular forms a depth and material presence that elevates the design well beyond its structural origins.
