The Seville Coffee Table was inspired by the decorative metalwork of Andalusia, intricate wrought iron screens and lanterns where the blacksmith’s craft was elevated to a high art. The oval frame is covered in an allover hammered texture, worked across every face so the bitumen on brown finish catches the light with warmth and complexity.

Between the upper and lower tiers, small U-shaped bracket details reference Moorish arched forms while remaining entirely contemporary. The clear glass top reveals the full beauty of the golden frame, while the antique mirror glass shelf below adds depth and reflective quality, its aged, foxed surface creating a soft, mysterious luminosity.

All pieces from our Somerset studio, are handmade to order to your exact specifications and available in bespoke sizes with a choice of finishes and tops.
